Novagem is an IBM Advanced ISV Business Partner established for over 30 years in the IBM midrange arena.
Our extensive client-base crosses all market sectors from SME to multinational including blue-chip companies.
Our History
Novagem started life in the late eighties as a provider of high availability facility management services. This involved in-house and remote management of customer hardware and applications. In the course of performing this service, Novagem recognised the need for a more flexible system management solution.
We developed a suite of products that not only maximised service levels, but also created new opportunities for cost savings and value added applications. These modules were developed over time and now form the core of of our Enhanced Operations Manager product.
Our Solutions
By leveraging our practical operational expertise we have been able to create solutions that meet real business issues. Novagem were the first to pioneer directly attached two-way SMS technology on the AS400 allowing instant remote response to system issues.
Ongoing product development is fundamental to our business and we are committed to delivering the best quality and business driven solutions. We have diversified into web based technologies utilising the breadth and depth of the IBM i platform including Apache, PHP, and MySQL on which we develop applications including the deployment and integration of open source software such as WordPress.
